生物を遺伝的に改良することを「育種」といい、遺伝子レベルで行うことを「ゲノム育種」といいますが、高木研究室では、白菜やカブ、チンゲン菜などのアブラナ科野菜を使ってこのゲノム育種の研究を行っています。
