ABSに関する措置

石川県立大学は、「生物の多様性に関する条約」および「生物の多様性に関する条約の遺伝資源の取得の機会及びその利用から生ずる利益の公正かつ衡平な配分に関する名古屋議定書」による国際合意に基づき、本学構成員（教員等）が海外から遺伝資源を取得する場合、遺伝資源の取得の機会及びその利用から生ずる利益の公正かつ衡平な利益の配分(Access and Benefit-Sharing(ABS))に関する措置を講ずることにより、生物多様性の保全及び持続可能な利用に資することを基本方針とする。そのため、以下の体制ならびに学内手続を定める。
