生物資源工学研究所の松﨑千秋講師が「農芸化学女性研究者賞」を受賞しました

　生物資源工学研究所の松﨑千秋講師が、農芸化学分野で顕著な研究成果をあげた女性研究者に与えられる「農芸化学女性研究者賞」（公益財団法人 日本農芸化学会）を受賞し、3月15日にWeb授賞式と受賞講演が行われました。松﨑講師は石川県立大学大学院で第1号となる博士号（生物資源環境学）を取得した後、ヒトの免疫力を高める乳酸菌成分を分子レベルで解明する研究に取り組み、数多くの優れた成果をあげられました。さらなる研究の進展が期待されています。
