１．農業水利システムの新たな合理的管理

（目的）農業水利システムの新たな合理的管理方法を提案する。

（概要）農地における耕作放棄や農業以外の土地利用への転用の増加、既存の農業水利施設の老朽化，多発するゲリラ豪雨などの気候変動や大規模地震などの自然災害への懸念を踏まえて、モデルシミュレーションや数理計画手法などを用いて、地域における水利システムの新たな合理的管理の検討を行う。
