人口減少社会における中山間地域の内発的発展

農村地域での住民参加型計画づくり風景

　人口減少や高齢化社会を背景として、地域活性化をリード出来る主体形成と持続的な地域づくりのための計画策定支援について調査・分析する。特に、有限の地域資源を如何に有効に利用して地域発展へと結びつけるかについて、今後の長期的な国土利用計画を見据えてその方法論や地域条件、及びその限界について研究する。

  • 土地利用に着目した地域再編による人口減少対策
  • 里山地域の生物多様性保全を巡る多様な主体との連携のあり方
  • 災害に強い地域計画と組織づくり支援
  • 過疎地が抱える交通や生活必需サービスの維持に向けた検討
